Who am I?
Hi there. I’m Sam, a qualified copywriter, editor and proofreader based in Bristol.
After working as an Editor at a local B2B publishing agency for over ten years, I decided to take the plunge into the world of freelancing – and I haven’t looked back since!
I’ve worked with businesses from a wide range of sectors including consumer finance, SaaS/fintech, accountancy, manufacturing, recruitment and retail. Whether it’s writing blog posts, creating website copy or drafting marketing literature, I Iove helping my clients to communicate their message effectively.
I’ve often been told that I have “a way with words” but crucially I also understand how the right words can transform your business and boost those all-important sales figures, followers, likes etc. Read more about the services I can offer.
I work part-time from my home on the outskirts of Bristol (near Bath), so if you’re based in the local area then I’m happy to meet up and have a chat over a cuppa. Otherwise I find email, phone and video conferencing work equally well.
When I’m not tapping away at the laptop or looking after my two young children, you’ll usually find me wielding a paintbrush as my husband and I take on the renovation of our 1960s bungalow!
